Purpose
Learn To Play (LTP) roller hockey is a instructional program designed for the beginner player ages 4 thru 8. This program will assist in the development of the necessary roller hockey skills for play at a competitive level through a series of skills and drills coupled with controlled scrimmages. This is a co-ed program for both boys and girls interested in learning how to play the sport of roller hockey!
Equipment Required
- In-Line Skates (No Black Heel Brakes)
- HECC Certified Helmet w/Face Cage
- Hockey Gloves, Elbow Pads, Shin Guards
- Stick (No Plastic Blades)
- Athletic Cup & Supporter
Format
Each season of LTP lasts 6 weeks. Your player will be taught the basic skills such as skating, shooting, stick handling and passing. Scrimmages will be controlled to instruct your player on positioning, offensive and defensive strategies.
Each player will receive a team jersey with crest and numerals.
Fees
$85 per player!!
